scorewiz is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our grading and assessment platform.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, email, phone, institution name, role
Student Data: Names, roll numbers, class information
Assessment Data: Question papers, answer sheets, grades, feedback
Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, device information
3. How We Use Your Information
Service delivery, account management, AI processing with zero-retention, service improvement, communication, and legal compliance.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with:
• Cloud providers (Render, Vercel, Neon)
• AI services (Anthropic, Google) with zero-retention
• Payment processor (Razorpay)
All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
5. Data Security
TLS 1.3 encryption, AES-256 at rest, role-based access control, regular security audits, and data minimization.
6. Data Retention
Data retained while account is active. Deleted within 30 days of closure. Logs retained 90 days for security.
7. Your Rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and consent withdrawal. Contact privacy@scorewiz.in to exercise these rights.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than yours. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
