We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of scorewiz, you agree to:

• Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform, including question papers, answer keys, and student submissions. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our services may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

6. AI-Assisted Grading Disclaimer

Our platform uses AI models to assist in grading student assessments. Please note:

• AI-generated grades are recommendations and should be reviewed by qualified educators
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in OCR or grading results
• Final grade determination and student assessment remain the responsibility of the educational institution
• We are not liable for any errors in AI-generated grades or OCR processing

We continuously improve our AI models but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy. Users should implement their own quality control processes.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Subscription Plans

scorewiz offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. You agree to pay the fees for the plan you select.

7.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through our secure payment partner, Razorpay
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
